The Tenby 10k, sponsored by Bluestone, was held in glorious sunshine on Sunday, July 27.

A record number of 640 entries enjoyed the course from the town's St Julian Street around Penally and back in to High Street, with a finish in Tudor Square to loud cheers from locals and holiday makers.

First man home was Richard Gardiner in 32 minutes 23seconds, and first lady was Kate Roberts, in 35 minutes 46 seconds - both won holidays supplied by the sponsor.

Other winners were Open Male Oliver Simon, M40 Chris Parker, M50 Peter Osborne, M60 Alan Davies.

Open Female winner Emma Thomas, F35 Nicola Brookland, F45 Romana Maine, F55 Dawn Kenwright.

The organisers thank Bluestone, Pembrokeshire County Council, the Police, St John Ambulance, Matt and Chris from The Harbour, Tees-R-Us, Tri Exercise, G&I Roofing, Tesco, Ladies Circle, Tenby House, Tenby Leisure Centre, Debbie Merrony for providing the hose pipe shower in Penally and all the marshals.
