Mr. Phillip Michael John Lewis Portfield Gate The death occurred peacefully at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest on Thursday 24th January 2013 of Mr. Phillip Michael John Lewis, aged 60 years, of Providence Place, Portfield Gate. Dearly loved, he will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Friday 1st February 2013 at 2.00pm at Bethel Baptist Chapel, Sutton followed by interment in the chapel yard. Flowers from everyone, but donations if desired to be equally divided between Ward 10 and CDU, Withybush Hospital may be sent to Mrs. E. Repton, 39 South Court, Haverfordwest, SA61 2TB.
