Mr. John William "Jack" Smith, Castlemartin The death occurred peacefully at Ashdale Nursing Home, Pembroke on Sunday 23rd. November, of Mr. Jack Smith, formerly of Castlemartin. He was 96. The funeral will take place on Wednesday 3rd. December with a service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 1.00.p.m. Family flowers only please but if desired, donations in lieu in memory of Jack for The Staff at Ashdale Nursing Home may be sent to John Roberts & Son, Funeral Directors, 51, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6AN, Tel. 01646 683115, who are carrying out the arrangements.
