Mrs Phyllis Evans Haverfordwest Passed away very peacefully at home, Highlands Avenue, on Wednesday, 16th December. Funeral service at Tiers Cross URC on Wednesday, 23rd December at 11:00. Immediate family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired, payable to Cardiac Physiology Dept. UHW, or Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Pembrokeshire Branch or Paul Sartori Foundation, may be sent c/o Mr Richard Evans, 1 Highlands Avenue, Haverfordwest, SA61 2RS.
