Mrs. Hannah Jane Jones, Pembroke Hannah passed away peacefully at her home on Monday 20th. aged 42 years. Hannah was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. The funeral will take place on Tuesday 5th. July with a service at St. James' Church, Manorbier at 12.00.noon followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please but if desired, donations in lieu in memory of Hannah for Ward 10, Withybush Hospital, The Paul Sartori Foundation, The Macmillan Nurses and Ty-Hafan Hospice may be sent to John Roberts & Son, Funeral Directors, 51, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6AN, Tel. 01646 683115, who are carrying out the arrangements.
