Mr. David Jack Mayhew Milford Haven The death occurred suddenly but peacefully at his home on Sunday 12th November of Mr. David Jack Mayhew, aged 71 years, of Steynton Road, Milford Haven. A beloved Husband of Diane and devoted Father to Gary and Darren, David was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 21st November at 11.30am at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth. Family flowers only, donations in lieu for either The Morriston Hospital Renal Unit or ALAC can be sent direct to Morriston Hospital, Swansea, SA6 6LG.
