Hilary Ann Moger (nee Jones) Cardiff and Hakin Sadly taken from us on Sunday 8th July, surrounded by her loving family, Hilary Ann, dearly loved daughter of Beryl and the late Kenneth Jones of Milford Haven, loving and much loved wife of Keith and adored Mum of Helen and Richard, respected mother-in-law of Rhian and Paul (Graham) and cherished Mamma to Lewis, Isabelle and Harrison who she loved dearly. Hilary departed this life with dignity and inspired many with her brave fight with cancer. A service to celebrate Hilary's life will be held at St Michael and All Angel's Church, Tongwynlais, Cardiff, on Monday 23rd July at 1.30 pm thereafter to the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium for 2.45 pm. By request no flowers but donations in lieu will go to George Thomas Hospice Care or Cancer Research Wales.
