Mr. Julian Stephens, Pembroke Dock Suzanne, Margaret, Ian and Anna-Marie, family of the late Julian Stephens, of Milton Terrace, Pembroke Dock would like to express their grateful and sincere thanks to the doctors and staff of The ACDU and Intensive Care Unit at Withybush Hospital, especially those who worked so hard to resuscitate Julian and helped the family so much; his work colleagues and friends for all the flowers, cards and messages of sympathy received; to all the neighbours, friends and family and work colleagues from Asda and Argos who attended the service; to Rev. Nicky Skipworth for her words of comfort conducting the service and to John Roberts & Son, Funeral Directors for the kind and dignified manner in which they carried out the arrangements.
