Ann Lynn Hart John, Laura, Bill, Joan and Helen, would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for the lovely flowers, and many cards received on the sad loss of Ann. The family are very grateful to all the medical staff, the Chemotherapy Day Unit, Milford Haven District Nurses and Doctors, and the Paul Sartori Nurses for all the help, dedication and support they have given in enabling Ann to be cared for at home. Thanks also go to Father Andrew and Dr Rev Rhiannon Johnson for the beautiful funeral service. Special thanks go to Shane and the staff at Tom Newing and Sons Ltd for all their kindness and support at a very upsetting time. Thanks also to Marthas Vineyard for the wonderful food provided after the service.
