Mr Michael Carter Hakin, Milford Haven Margaret, Preston, Jayne and family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their cards, messages of sympathy, flowers and support at this sad time. Rev. Andy Bookless, Dr. Rad, Practice Nurse Julie, HSG and Pembrokeshire Carers. District Nurses Sophie and Paul, Mr Frank Newing, Shane and both Mikes for their kindness and consideration throughout. Son Preston for the delivery of the eulogy, eldest grandson Michael for a tribute to his grandfather, Nick for the bible reading John 14 and granddaughter Emma for the poem. Also to those who gave donations in lieu of flowers for the Paul Sartori Foundation. Amount donated in excess of £500.
