Mrs. Hannah Jones (née Williams) Pembroke The family of the late Hannah Jones, née Williams, would like to extend their sincere thanks for the large sum of donations collected in her memory. This has now been distributed between The Paul Sartori Foundation, The Macmillan Nurses, Ward 10, Withybush Hospital and Ty Hafan. The family would also like to thank so many people for all the many kind gifts sent to them at this sad time
