Two delicious new cheeses launched

Assembly Rural Affairs minister Carwyn Jones launched two new Welsh cheeses at the recent Celtic food and wine fair in Cardiff. He is pictured with Sue Jones, of Llanboidy Cheesemakers, with the new Cilowen Organic cheese. The range has organic certification from the Soil Association, and is made with locally-sourced milk supplied by the organic co-op Calon Wen. Also launched with Wales only brie/Camembert-style cheese. Penberi is made by Paul Symons at his Rhosygilwen Dairy at St Davids.
