Assembly Rural Affairs minister Carwyn Jones launched two new Welsh cheeses at the recent Celtic food and wine fair in Cardiff. He is pictured with Sue Jones, of Llanboidy Cheesemakers, with the new Cilowen Organic cheese. The range has organic certification from the Soil Association, and is made with locally-sourced milk supplied by the organic co-op Calon Wen.
