A 33-year-old man from South Pembrokeshire faced 11 charges - including unlawful imprisonment, threat to kill and rape - when he appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates yesterday (Tuesday).
The man, an office worker employed by a contracting firm, has also been accused of being:
l In possession of firearm with intent to cause someone to believe violence could be caused
l In possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life l Theft of a rocket launcher
l Possession of a rocket launcher which was capable of firing a stabilised missile without the authority of the Secretary of State
l Theft of a target rifle
l Theft of 50 rounds of .22 ammunition
l Theft of a bayonet
l Causing actual bodily harm
The arms and ammunition were said to belong to the Ministry of Defence. The accused, who was represented by solicitor Paul Cowper, made no application for bail and was remanded in custody.
The case was adjourned until May 10th and will now go straight to Swansea Crown Court.
