Boy's plea: New play park, please

Dear Editor, - My name is Harry, I am seven years old, and I live in Johnston. The park in Johnston is not very good and it is so boring in Johnston.

There is nothing to do. We only have one park for everybody in Johnston. The park is dirty and looks quite old, and there is graffiti on the swings, slide and roundabout which is all of the park. Because there are no monkey bars or climbing frames people climb on top of the swings and they could fall and hurt themselves. The mats are all ripped, because the park is not very good. I have to get my mum to take me to other parks in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.

So if anybody from the council is reading this letter and if they have any spare money left could they please think about giving us a new or up-dated park.

HARRY WILLIAMS 59 St Peter's Road, Johnston.
