Law fails crime victims

DEAR EDITOR, - With reference to the story about the illegal rave at Marloes, it is absolutely ludicrous that in this day and age some people are allowed to do exactly as they please and get away with it.

Similar problems have occurred in this county in the past with so called New Age travellers. How much longer do we have to put up with this nonsense? People who want to protect their own property are limited in the action they can take.

The Morgans of course, could consider their 'human rights', but it would appear that the only people to benefit from this act are criminals, illegal refugees and antisocial miscreants. It is time for the victims of injustices to come first, not last.

If the powers that be cannot protect its citizens then I can see vigilantes doing it - as is already happening.
