Apartments and craft units planned for quay

Pembrokeshire County Council cabinet has recommended the sale of Pembroke's North Quay development site to Thornsett Structures Ltd, for the construction of 20 high quality apartments and two craft units.

The proceeds of the sale will be reinvested in the Castle Point Joint Venture.
