J. J. Morris reports a well supported event at the first of the Special Seasonal Sheep Sales on Saturday August 14th.

Good quality stock was on offer and a competitive trade was well maintained for all types of Store Lambs. Draft Ewes were a little more selective but nevertheless a complete clearance was effected.

The sales will now continue throughout the autumn, fortnightly on Saturdays.
