Missing after island holiday

The Tsunami tragedy has hit the Western Telegraph newsroom.

Sub-editor Liz McGlynn has learned that her brother Chris is missing on Phi Phi island, Thailand.

The family is from Sudbury, Suffolk, and Chris had been working in the Far East for some years.

He was spending Christmas on the island with his girlfriend, her parents and her brother. They were taken to hospital with serious injuries, but Chris is still missing.
