Messrs Dai Lewis Cyf Auctioneers report as follows:

A larger entry forward in all sections (1231), for the first mart of the New Year.

Hoggetts saw a faster run than the previous week, with good demand throughout, especially for the standard and medium weight categories. Stores sold to another good run. A larger entry of ewes, with a lot more lightweights presented, but never the less a fluid trade was had throughout.

Top price: £121.80. Store - hogs: Top £49.80. Culls - ewes: Top £42.
