Pupils' sale for tsunami survivors

Year seven Ysgol Preseli girls have been so upset by the plight of survivors of the tsunami disaster that they have organised a bring and buy sale to raise much-needed funds.

Eleven-year-olds Ffion, Maya, Hannah and Fionnuala, and 12-year-old Hope are running the sale in the old Dinas school hall, on Saturday from 10am to 1pm, and are hoping for a bumper turnout.

As well as stalls selling donated items, the girls will be organising face painting, refreshments, fake tattoos and a raffle.

It's a great chance to donate unwanted Christmas presents to a good cause - donations can be left at the school hall between 4.30pm and 6pm on Friday or brought along at the beginning of the sale. But even if you haven't anything to bring, come along to buy.
