New this season is the Wild West All Terrain Centre at Penparc (pictured) which offers grass boarding, archery, quad bikes plus 8x8s!

Take in the natural beauty of the countryside as you experience the thrill of quad trekking over hills and humps, water and bumps.

Llain Activity Centre near Llanarth is a family-run multi activity centre which offers watersports, archery, climbing, assault course and orienteering. All ages (over 8) and abilities welcome.

The Cardigan Bay Karting and Paintball Center offers plenty of action-packed fun (there's a height restriction of 4ft 10inch for the go-karts).

You can find the center near Llwyncelyn, Aberaeron.

Mountain boarding, canoeing, abseiling, kayaking - it's all in a day's work at www.adventurebeyond.co.uk at Nant y Popty Farm, Coed y Bryn, Llandysul.

The Urdd Centre at Llangrannog has a host of indoor and outdoor activities for active families.

Get on target at Cenarth Paintball Games with game zones and missions to make your paintballing experience even more exciting. New this year is Armageddon - a new game with town buildings and military vehicles.

Take to the Teifi with Heritage Canoes based at the West Wales Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran.

Llandysul Paddlers in Llandysul also offer expert teaching on using a canoe or kayak.

Experience the wild side of Cardigan Bay by jet boat with Quay Parade, Aberaeron. The twin water jet powered catamaran has no dangerous propellors to threaten marine mammals.
