The year has begun in style for members of Pembrokeshire YFC, with news that the county has been awarded the reserve champion trophy for competitions at national level.
They will be presented with the Tug Wilson Trophy at the annual convention in Torquay later this year. This is a tremendous achievement for the members who have had some great results at national competitions over the past year.
Over the past month, there has been a Call My Bluff competition, which was won by Llysyfran YFC (pictured above) and the final of the Knockout Quiz was held and in what was a closely contested final, Llawhaden eventually emerged winners over Llysyfran.
Four members have been selected to travel to Sweden this summer and take part in the 4H youth camp. They are Amy Turner, Hannah Davies and Arwel Evans from Eglwyswrw YFC and Lowri Warlow from Llysyfran YFC.
Members are currently busy with preparations for the talent competition which will be held on February 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, at Ysgol Bro Gwaun, with the final on Friday, February 11th.
