Women's netball club goes from strength to strength

CHAOS Ladies Netball Club started up in April last year at Haverfordwest Tennis and Cricket Centre, which is situated at Tasker Milward Comprehensive School.

It now has a membership of over 75 in their junior, U14s and senior sections. The setting up and development of the club was given an enormous helping hand by the two Sportlot grants received via the Community Chest Scheme.

This has helped with the purchase of vital training equipment such as balls, bibs, cones and hoops, and also with the cost of sports hall hire and coaching and umpiring courses.

This grant aid has enabled the club to train all year round, promoting women's sport in Haverfordwest for all ages and abilities.
