Hunt supporters out in force

Hundreds of Pembrokeshire Hunt supporters gathered at Hayscastle for their first meet since the ban on hunting with hounds came into force.

The meet at the home of its treasurer, Richard Wilson, had one of the biggest turnouts in the hunt's 200 year history. Mr Wilson said the Hunt would continue to meet legally.

"We are determined to keep within the law because we are seeking redress in the courts,'' he said.

"If this present action fails we will still abide by the law until the case is determined in the Court of Human Rights.''
