Hot shot Rhys to play snooker for Wales

Rhys Morgan from Treffgarne recently qualified for the Welsh Junior international snooker team.

The talanted 16-year-old will be travelling to Ireland and England in June to represent Wales.

He will then go on to play in the home international championships in September, which is being held at Prestatyn, North Wales.

This is a tremendous achievement for Rhys, and his coach Don Newcombe, because he has only been playing snooker for two and a half years.
