You won't believe your eyes at Oakwood

THE Oakwood doors swung open last week with a new attraction among the rides ready and waiting.

New for 2005 is Matt the Magic Man, who is set to amuse and intrigue the younger visitors, with magic shows, Punch and Judy, balloon modelling and circus skill workshops.

"We've been producing professional shows for After Dark and Hallowe'en for a while now, but we really needed something all year round for the younger children," explained Oakwood's entertainment manager, Caroline Watson.

"Matt's style is perfect for Oakwood, he's young, fresh and personable and his act is very professional."

Matt will perform in the Magic Factory, a new venue at Oakwood which not only stages his shows, but also provides fantastic optical illusions.
