Daft Dave's daydream

Theatre Preview: Kissing Married Women, Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, March 31st

The Hull Truck Theatre Company continues its commitment to new writing with the latest premiere from critically acclaimed playwright Gordon Steel.

Steel, who has scored previous successes in the past few years with Like A Virgin, and A Pair of Beauties, brings a new comedy to the Torch Theatre.

This production takes a wry look at men, lust and loneliness along with the twists and turns of the dating game.

It also looks at how some men see women and about their struggle to understand the opposite sex.

Daft Dave has never had a girlfriend and has never had sex, so when his best mate Micky tries to re-invent him as a male gigolo, he thinks all his Christmases could have come at once. But will it be a fantasy day-dream or a potential nightmare?

Find out from Micky if marriage and monogamy is all it is cracked up to be, join Daft Dave on his quest to find Ms Right, and expect the unexpected along the way!

Everyone can join in the hilarity and expect a night to remember from one of the funniest playwrights around.

The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets, priced £9 (£7) are available from the box office on 01646 695267.
