Preserve our heritage

DEAR EDITOR, - Are readers aware of county council's plans to build a multi-storey car park in Castle Lake, Haverfordwest?

Castle Lake is a historic part of town and a conservation area. This area should be advertised as part of our heritage, rather than being destroyed by the erection of a three storey car park.

Surely there are better locations? The car parking could be sited next to the council offices, behind or next to Morrisons, near the swimming pool or in the long stay car park behind Greens garage.
