  DEAR EDITOR, - On a recent visit to Swansea, I noticed the price of diesel at a small Shell petrol station as being 86.9p per litre. The price at the Shell petrol station in Haverfordwest is 89.9p per litre, approximately 15p a gallon difference. read more
