Newport Gwent Dragons have signed winger Tal Selley last week on a one-year contract joining the region at the start of next season.
The 6ft tall, 28-year-old from Pembrokeshire, who can also play in the centre, joins after spending the last season at the Cardiff Blues on loan from the Ospreys.
A former Llanelli Scarlet, Selley is destined to become the first man to have played for all four Welsh regions.
A recognised Wales Sevens player, he won his one and only cap under Mike Ruddock in the summer of 2005.
He came on as a sub and scored a try during a record 77-3 victory over the USA.
Selley said: "I'm really excited about signing with the Dragons region for next season and am looking forward to playing regular rugby and helping to bring success alongside an exciting squad that is being built at Rodney Parade."
