What The Sailor Saw burlesque show at Roch Community Hall

Roch Community Hall is putting itself on the Burlesque map this month with a night of vintage cabaret and dance, with all profits in aid of the RNLI.

What The Sailor Saw takes place on Saturday August 21st, and features Missy Malone, a top UK burlesque performer, who will be headlining along with London’s finest flappers The Bees Knees. The women will also spin some vintage tunes to round off the evening’s glamorous fun.

The night will also include Cardiff artiste Betty Blue Eyes, Swansea troupe The Bay Belles, Bristol’s Tiger Tiger plus Double Entendre will be making their debut.

Organised by local burlesque enthusiast Titty Amour, it is thought to be the first event of its kind in Pembrokeshire and is guaranteed to be a fabulous night out for fun-loving ladies (and men) around the county.

Missy Malone is a heady cocktail of 1950s bombshell and classic rock chick and as an already established actress and model, she commands an impressive list of skills and talents ranging from traditional fan dance to striptease.

Missy will be performing a suitable nautical routine for this night of heady maritime madness.

Tallulah Temptation will be the hostess with the mostess, plus there’ll be plenty of opportunity to hit the dance floor.

Guests can go along dressed as nautical as they like – there’s a prize for the best dressed.

The event is for over-18s only.

Tickets are priced £15 and include two lighthearted dance workshops, seaside nibbles, and the after show dance with The Bees Knees.

Tickets are available from www.bluestocking lounge.com or from 07791 001170.

There will also be a bus picking up from Milford Haven, Johnston, Hook, Llangwm and Haverfordwest (at an extra charge).
