Bravo Bravo will bring some unique musical energy to Manorbier Community Centre, Skrinkle, on Saturday, as part of their UK tour.
Sony Akpan, a truly charismatic Conga-drum player, has spent his whole life in the music business, having moved to Britain in the 1970s with legendary band The Funkees. Highly respected within the music industry, Sonny is regarded not only as a master drummer but influential musical director. His vast career has included playing with artists such as The Rolling Stones, Eddy Grant, Vangelis, African Head Charge, James Brown’s JB bannd and many more.
