Pembroke Castle

Birthplace of the founder the Tudor dynasty, Henry VII,this Norman castle dates back to the 13th century. Sited on the banks of the River Cleddau, it was besieged by Cromwell in 1648. In the Great Keep, it has one of the finest examples in Britain.
