BUDDING musician Rose Redd, 20, has been granted a remarkable opportunity to break into the music industry.

In collaboration with the Youth Hostel Association (YHA), Rose will be performing in ten different locations across the UK, one of which will be the local seaside village of Broad Haven.

In true road trip fashion, Rose will be travelling in a customised VW camper van.

The aim of the scheme is to allow unsigned musicians a chance to showcase their talent to new audiences.

The musical journey is set to start at Stratford-Upon-Avon and finish up in Cornwall. The tour will reach Broad Haven on Wednesday, August 20, which will act as the half way point of the trip.

Rose, who has been song writing since the age of 12, was inspired to pick up a guitar by Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore.

She is currently preparing for her latest EP release on August 28 and her new music video to sit alongside her powerful single “Healing”.

To make a booking for any of the YHA’s where Rose is performing, visit www.yha.org.uk or call 0800 0191 700.
