One Call explanation

PLEASE let me explain what my One Call repairs are, after the recent article about One Call repair and myself.

Since then I have been taking statements from customers and people who have been told things that are untrue. I am now in the position to show the court the truth as people have been told, things like we work with the council (untrue), One Call is a scam (untrue) and other things.

I am going to the council to arrange a meeting with councilor Ken Rowlands, Cabinet Member for Environmental and Regulatory Services, where I will show him the evidence I have with the hope to end this amicably or I will take it to court where the judge then can see exactly what has gone on.

All we wanted to do was give a service to council tenants that they never had before for a price of £1 a week, and yes it is true, but tenants have been told otherwise.
