WHEN visiting my family on Christmas Day in Hakin, I was stepping out of the car and was disgusted to see a large deposit of dog mess in the middle of the pavement near the entrance to houses.
Being alert and in daylight I was able to avoid this filth.
This mindless filthy practice allowed by the mindless minority of dog owners is irresponsible and unhygienic.
This practice also occurs in the village where I live and no doubt throughout the country.
Will this minority clean up their mess like all responsible dog owners do.
