Guilty or not guilty

ONCE again main roads from Pembrokeshire to Carmarthen have been blocked due to bad weather.

This has happened many times.

If someone should die solely because they could not get to Carmarthen because of a delayed ambulance is our Health Board guilty of corporate manslaughter by not providing specialist services locally?
