THE Tornado and Storm Research Organisation (TORRO) is investigating the thunderstorm which deposited huge hailstones, with attendant damaging winds, in the Haverfordwest area on the night of January 13.
We will welcome any accounts of the hailstorm and photographs of the hailstones as these will be invaluable to our investigation.
Winter hailstorms of this severity are especially unusual in these islands, although western coastal areas are most likely to experience these.
Severe wind damage was also reported and information on this will likewise be of great help with our research.
A dedicated online report form can be found on our web site here - http://www.torro.
