It would not be a coincidence that ‘permit parking’ only is to be introduced on the New Quay in Haverfordwest just across the foot bridge from the Council Offices, where Council employees and Councillors already enjoy free parking something they think ‘if someone owns a car they can afford to pay for parking’ can be deprived.
