With reference to the court case report (Driver swerved into cyclist as a warning) about the road rage incident on Freemans Way.
The judge rightly pointed out that Miss Davidson-Hall was lawfully cycling on the highway. The question is did the judge ask the cyclist why she was cycling on the highway and not on the cycle path provided? Millions of pounds have been spent on cycle paths throughout the country to provide a safe place for cyclists to ride, the majority of cyclists do use them, unfortunately a few choose not to.
