SINCE becoming Mayor of Haverfordwest in May of this year, I have been sincerely touched by the kindness, goodwill and commitment evident in our town.
It was therefore with much pleasure that on November 28 I had the privilege of officially switching on Haverfordwest’s Christmas Lights.
Through your newspaper, may I offer my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the evening’s activities, to all those who joined in the festive occasion and also to our town’s creative yarnbombers for their wonderful efforts over the past few weeks.
In closing, may I once again extend my thanks to everyone for all their hard work and co-operation and wish you all a peaceful Christmas and Happy New Year.
