These homes will be sold
THE Newport Housing Development has been promoted as affordable housing for local people. Most of the properties will be sold on the open market and will be anything but affordable.
The logistical difficulties of developing this site and the problems caused to the rest of Newport have been totally ignored. How can anyone have confidence in the planning department of the National Park?
