WE read in the press “Trains capable of reaching speeds of 125 mph will run between key cities in the northern England and Scotland as part of a £1.2 billion upgrade of rail services, it was announced yesterday.” Ministers said that 500 new trains and 2,000 additional weekly services would be introduced as part of an ‘unprecedented’ package of improvement to some of the most neglected railway lines in the country”
With respect but I must ask, “Have our ministers in Westminster ever heard of West Wales?”
