REGARDING your story last week ‘Summer opening targeted as minor injuries unit gets go-ahead’. Plaid Cymru has fought a long campaign locally and nationally for better health services and the reintroduction of walk-in service at Tenby Hospital.
I have consistently raised the issue of the Minor Injuries Unit at Tenby in the Assembly chamber.
Only this month I put pressure on the Labour Government to deliver on re-opening the unit so I’m pleased that the green light has been given for a year round service.
