I TOTALLY agree with Michael Howells (Letters, September 6).
I’m a dog walker and during the summer I suddenly realised that there was so much litter on my daily walk which I was just passing and having a grumble to myself.
Why, I thought, don’t I pick it up and dispose of it at the next bin (of which there are many scattered about the town)?
So it has become a bit of a hobby now.
Actually there are other dogwalker friends of mine who do the same.
So let’s start a campaign amongst dog walkers (nondog walkers as well).
It’s our environment, let’s look after it!
