Dear Editor - I read in a national newspaper this week that the hamlet of Drymere, near Swaffham, Norfolk received broadband after a wait of 11 months. Lucky them!
The businesses and households in Newgale have been waiting for more than two years and still nothing is being done.
Why are we being fobbed off with a second-rate service? We are charged the full line rental but the dial-up speed has dropped, meaning we have to pay even more to download a programme.
What has happened to the Broadband Wales project designed to deliver broadband to those areas in Wales still unconnected?
Pembrokeshire is getting a worse service than Norfolk.
And are we ever going to get broadband in Newgale?
John Hadley Sunnyridge, Newgale.
