After reading reports of the case involving Mr David Thorley, headteacher, Pembroke Dock Community School, I feel Mr Thorley’s case has been a total miscarriage of justice on a most caring and compassionate headteacher who, although working to the guidelines as set out, has been convicted by simply trying to do his best for the children in his care.
