Council has lost support

5:00pm Friday 20th August 2010

MORE than 3,000 people signed a petition against the Bath House development in Cardigan, 122 objections have gone into the planning department to date, with only three supporting.

Incidents in the past have led many people to lack confidence and trust in Ceredigion Council in the way it conducts itself on our behalf.

Both the Sainsbury’s and hospital proposals are in the wrong place and will cause gridlock to already congested streets, and long-term misery to local residents.

Ceredigion Council has a self-vested financial interest in the Bath House development going ahead, as it will benefit from extra rates and community charges from the expansion of the town.

Get this message — Our town is not for sale, we do not want Bath House or anything else forced upon us.
