The National Blood service is doing it's rounds once again, this week in Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock, and numerous other venues later in the month.
Blood is essential to our well being and I am a regular contributor, having just given my 74th donation.
Come on Pembrokeshire residents, let's all do our bit!
I have missed a number of possible donations over the years, but only because of illnesses such as Chicken Pox in the family, or I was absent from the country or undergoing surgery, or ill, myself.
This is a wonderful service, and I am certain that all persons donating are proud of their action.
Lets make the 'P' in Pembrokeshire be for PRIDE!
